Payment Categories (Defined):

If Level = 1, then the submission is a ticket sale and the payment method is Check (by Mail). The donation must be mapped as a pledge and cannot be marked Funding Awarded until the payment is recieved.
If Level = 2, then the submission is a ticket sale and the payment method is Credit Card or E-Check. This type of donation must be mapped as funding awarded as the payment is sent to Authorize.net upon submission.
If Level = 3, then the submission is a sponsorship and the payment method is Check (by Mail). This donation will have it's Type of Funding marked as a sponsorship and be funding pledged. It will be marked funding awarded when the payment is received.
If Level = 4, then the submission is a sponsorship and the payment method is Credit Card or E-Check. This type of donation must be mapped as funding awarded as the payment is sent to Authorize.net upon submission.
If Level = 5, the submission is a donation without any tickets and the payment method is Check (by Mail).
If Level = 6, the submission is a donation without any tickets and the payment is Credit Card or E-Check.
If Company Box is Checked on Page 3, this is a corporate Donation (not an individual donation) and an additional value of 10 will be added to all of these levels.
